WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

John E. Bush, 36, of Sawmill Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 7 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, evading responsibility – injury/property damage, reckless driving, operating under suspension, operating without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 11, according to state judicial records.

Jason A. Goriss, 48, of Hanover Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 10 on two counts of first-degree sexual assault and illegal sexual contact – victim under the age of 16. He has pleaded not guilty and was being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 14, according to judicial records.

Christine A. Lebel, 51, of Pardee Street, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 14.

Rafael Juarez Gutierrez, 43, of Laura Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 13 on charges of risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 17.

Erika R. Marino, 22, of Simpson Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 14 on charges of violation of protective order and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 17.

Angela C. Douglas, 44, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 14 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 17.

Victor Lee Baldwin, 38, of North Broad Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 15 on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date Feb. 3.

Nicole M. Falero, 38, of Broad Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 15 on charges of violation of protective order and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 2.

Joshua E. Morales, 31, of Curtiss Street, Naugatuck, was arrested Dec. 15 on charges of risk of injury to child, first-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 26.

Jonathan Vega, 30, of Glenstone Road, Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 31.

Lili Guan, 40, of Maple Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 18 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 17.

Shao-Ci Lin, 60, of Maple Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 18 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 17.
