Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Jade Gary-Brown, 19, of New Haven, was arrested March 29 on charges of fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 31, according to state judicial records.

Derrick D. Gilliam, 27, of New Haven, was arrested March 29 on charges of fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

Erika T. Harrington-Moye, 18, of New Haven, was arrested March 29 on charges of fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

Joshua L. Michaud, 43, of Meriden, was arrested March 31 on charges of third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, and organized retail theft less than $1,000. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 12.

Colleen Magoveny, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested March 31 on charges of first-degree larceny, operating under the influence (second offense), operating under suspension – alcohol, improper passing – unsafe distance, evading responsibility – injury/property damage, operating without insurance, and improper use – marker/license/registration. She was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of May 19.

Natalie L. Husted, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested April 3 on two counts of assault public safety/EMT/Transit/Health officer, and one count each of second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. She was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of May 12.

Todd A. Chappel, 49, of New Britain, was arrested April 4 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $3,000 bond with a court date of May 8. He was additionally charged with extradition arrest no warrant and was released after posting a $5,000 bond.

Mark D. Reiter, 45, of New London, was arrested April 4 on a charge of violating standing criminal protective order. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of May 8.

Wayne S. Bradbury, 38, of Meriden, was arrested April 6 on charges of second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny, and organized retail theft more than $1,000. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of May 18. He was additionally charged with first-degree criminal trespass and released after posting a $7,500 bond.

Karen E. Kacenski, 28, of North Branford, was arrested April 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, traveling too fast for conditions, and failure to drive upon right. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 31.

Derek D. Noel, 36, of Torrington, was arrested April 6 on charges of third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of June 1.
