Wallingford Police Blotter: Dec. 12 Through Dec. 17, 2019

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Teyaka L. Sherman, 31, of Glade Street, West Haven, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of criminal impersonation, interfering with officer/resisting, operating without insurance and two counts of operating under suspension. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 3, according to state judicial records. She was additionally charged with first-degree failure to appear.

Ashley L. Munck, 30, of Old Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 12 on two counts of second-degree failure to appear and one count each of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use – marker/license/registration, operating without insurance and operating under suspension. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 6.

Loretta J. Martin, 33, of Gale Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 12 on a charge of violation of probation. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.

Jamar Henry, 45, of Bassett Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 13 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 27.

Tyson K. Hazelton, 40, of Hinsdale, New Hampshire, was arrested Dec. 13 on two counts of first-degree forgery, two counts of criminal impersonation, two counts of third-degree identity theft and one count each of criminal attempt at third-degree larceny, interfering with officer/resisting and extradition arrest no warrant. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 13.

Carissa N. Hensley, 20, of Irving Street, Naugatuck, was arrested Dec. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 3.

Dominic T. Khongdy, 23, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 14 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating motor vehicle 16/17 year-old without learner’s permit and possession of controlled substance or less than 4 ounces of marijuana. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 7.

Noe Martinez, 44, of Franklin Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 14 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 21.

Jalil Ibrahim, 59, of Paddock Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 14 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 17.

Zachary L. O’Neil, 23, of Canterbury Road, Durham, was arrested Dec. 15 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond.

Jessica Plassmann, 35, of Frost Road, Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 15 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 17.

Jay A. Jordan, 56, of Hintz Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 15 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 28.

Lerenzo M. Clark, 38, of Web Street, Hartford, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of violating protective order, sale of hallucinogen / narcotic, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use – marker/license/registration, operating without insurance, failure to obey stop sign and operating without a license. He is being held on a $75,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 15.

Carlos A. Cordoba, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny and interfering with officer/resisting. He is being held on a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.

Syed A. Shamsi, 25, of Ryan Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, first-degree harassment and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 31.

Kevin E. Masotti, 37, of Drummond Drive, Rocky Hill, was arrested Dec. 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 17.

Jennifer M. Masotti, 34, of Drummond Drive, Rocky Hill, was arrested Dec. 17 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 17.
