Wallingford Police Blotter: Feb. 14 Through Feb. 25, 2019

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

John F. McGrath, 38, of North Main Street, Branford, was arrested Feb. 14 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and violating a standing criminal protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond and has pleaded not guilty with a court date of April 10, according to state judicial records.

Andrew B. Antoniani, 20, of Elmwood Drive, Cheshire, was arrested Feb. 15 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 15.

Marc V. Iannucci, 42, of Evanwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 16 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 12.

Deanna M. Lachapelle, 40, of Evanwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 16 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 28.

Robert L. Kane, 58, of Spring Street, Middletown, was arrested Feb. 16 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and unsafe backing. He was released after posting a $1,000 cash bond with a court date of March 8.

Noah Fiorillo, 20, of Linda Court, Northford, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of DUI - .02 BAC less than 21 years old and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 9.

Zachary Prefontaine, 27, of Knollwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 12.

Faith Castro, 19, of Meadows Edge Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on a charge of second-degree threatening. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 28.

Matthew P. Schaefer, 43, of Pondside Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 14.

Justine A. Medina, 35, of High Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 18 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 28.

Thomas W. Kinney, 37, of High Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 18 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 28.

Robert A. Stawarz, 45, of Church Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 19 on five counts of second-degree failure to appear, two counts each of simple trespass, first-degree criminal mischief and one count each of first-degree failure to appear, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia and operating under suspension. He was released after posting bonds totaling $15,000 with a court date of April 10.

Barbara Michael, 57, of Quinnipiac Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 20 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 21.

Angela M. Evans, 19, of Britannia Street, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 8.

Joshua J. Pacifico, 29, of Long Hill Road, Middlefield, was arrested Feb. 22 on charges of failure to keep narcotic in original container and following too closely. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 8.

Roberta E. Burgos, 51, of Durham Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 22 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 12.

Diana M. Girau, 34, of Durham Road, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 22 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 12.

Steven D. Johansen, 22, of Walnut Lane, Northford, was arrested Feb. 23 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and reckless driving. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 12.

Steven Gimler, 49, of Heritage Woods, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 24 on charges of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct. He is being held on a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 19.

Juan Guajardo, 28, of Bonnie Court, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 25 on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 12.
