Wallingford Police Blotter: Feb. 3 Through Feb. 15, 2023
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Domonic Vissicchio, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 3 on a charge of second-degree harassment. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 17, according to state judicial records.
Laura A. Gerbe, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 5 on a charge of operating under the influence with a child passenger under the age of 18. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 14.

Janine E. Hoyesen, 41, of New Haven, was arrested Feb. 6 on three counts each of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 30.
Sebastian S. Streeter, 24, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 22.

Joseph A. Ruiz, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 17.
Brandon E. Malpica, 24, of West Haven, was arrested Feb. 14 on a charge of illegal discharge of firearm. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 23.
Emanuel Harrington, 20, of New Haven, was arrested Feb. 15 on two counts each of illegal taking of credit card and less than $500 on revoked payment card, and one count each of third-degree burglary, second-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, and second-degree breach of peace. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of March 17.
Joshua D. Forest, 23, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 15 on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, third-degree assault, third-degree assault – victim elderly of other, second-degree threatening, third-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of a $30,000 bond.
