Wallingford Police Blotter: July 28 Through Aug. 6, 2026

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Kanyile M. Msongelwa, 20, of Wethersfield, was arrested July 28 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 13, according to state judicial records.

Kamren C. Michaels, 18, of Farmington, was arrested July 28 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 21.

Eion L. Declaybrook, 19, of Hartford, was arrested July 28 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 21.

Prince J. Humphrey, 20, of Farmington, was arrested July 28 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 21.

Larry W. Levasseur, 64, of Wallingford, was arrested July 28 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and creating a public disturbance. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 31.

Syed Mansoor Raza Zaidi, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested July 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 8.

Daniel A. Ojeda, 19, of Wallingford, was arrested July 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 1.

Dane F. Loudon, 36, of Cheshire, was arrested July 28 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 25.

Michael V. Vercillo, 39, of North Haven, was arrested July 30 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 24. He was also charged with violation of probation. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 24 for that charge.

Matthew B. Bethea, 32, of New Haven, was arrested July 30 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 27.

Thomas Howard, 39, of New Haven, was arrested July 31 on a charge of violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of a $30,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 1.

Queshon S. McDaniel, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested July 31 on three counts of violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 16.

Natalie Rodriguez, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 2 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening – physical threat. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 15.

Jeffrey L. Miller, 52, of Northford, was arrested Aug. 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, possession of controlled substance – first offense, use of drug paraphernalia, and operating unregistered motor vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 14.

Paul Tremblay, 90, of Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 6 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 15.
