Wallingford Police Blotter: June 11 Through June 23, 2026
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Milton R. Ramirez-Zapata, 31, of Stamford, was arrested June 11 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 10, according to state judicial records.
Bernisha L. Barrow, 36, of New Haven, was arrested June 12 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 28.

Christopher J. Camerato, 33, of North Haven, was arrested June 12 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, tampering – physical evidence, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with officer / resisting, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 29.
Michael E. Miranda-Espinoza, 27, of Bridgeport, was arrested June 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 31.

Riley B. Konopelski, 23, of Wallingford, was arrested June 13 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 3.
Caitlin A. Konopelski, 25, of Wallingford, was arrested June 13 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 20.
Matthew J. Piscitelli, 25, of Wallingford, was arrested June 13 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 20.
Mark J. Sawchyn, 72, of Woodbury, was arrested June 14 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 20.
Ayden L. Sanchez, 19, of Milford, was arrested June 15 on charges of first-degree burglary – bodily injury, third-degree assault – physical injury, third-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 3.
Edinson Reyes Arce, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested June 16 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 21.
Larry R. Manguilli, 68, of Wallingford, was arrested June 17 on a charge of second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 5.
Jose L. Cartagena, 18, of North Branford, was arrested June 18 on charges of accessory to third-degree burglary, accessory to second-degree larceny, and two counts of accessory to larceny of motor vehicle – first offense. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 25.
Andrew J. Wilson, 42, of New Haven, was arrested June 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, possession of controlled substance – first offense, use of drug paraphernalia, and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 29.
Jamie L. Daniels, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested June 23 on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree assault, and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of July 28.
