Wallingford Police Blotter: June 24 Through July 4, 2026

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Zachariah D. Lubeck, 28, of Meriden, was arrested June 24 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $100 bond with a court date of Aug. 6, according to state judicial records.

Colin O. Flash, 44, of Danbury, was arrested June 25 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 27.

Roberto Y. Vasquez, 43, of Danbury, was arrested June 25 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 27.

Daniel R. Valenti, 38, of Cheshire, was arrested June 25 on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 12.

Angel M. Ayala, 20, of Wallingford, was arrested June 27 on two counts of second-degree breach of peace and one count of second-degree unlawful restraint. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 27.

Cynthia A. Hernandez, 27, of Wallingford, was arrested July 2 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, and three counts of risk of injury to child. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 21.

Cara G. Wilson, 44, of Wallingford, was arrested July 3 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 17.

William T. Mcnally, 35, of Wallingford, was arrested July 3 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 17.

William L. Boivin, 66, of Wallingford, was arrested July 3 on a charge of first-degree threatening – armed/display firearm. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 25.

George Jakubowski, 32, of Shelton, was arrested July 4 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 19.

Darlene Dipalma, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested July 4 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 3.

Kenneth J. Brown, 32, of Hamden, was arrested July 4 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of July 23.
