Wallingford Police Blotter: March 21 Through March 28, 2023

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Tavonna D. McKenzie, 28, of New Haven, was arrested March 21 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and improper use – marker/license/registration. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of May 2, according to state judicial records.

Dennis H. LeClaire, 54, of Stratford, was arrested March 22 on charges of fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 26.

Daniel J. Maginnis, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested March 24 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 12.

Brendan R. Carraway, 26, of Meriden, was arrested March 24 on charges of third-degree forgery and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 10.

Timothy O’Byrne, 58, of Wallingford, was arrested March 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 25.

David Casey, 45, of Waterbury, was arrested March 24 on six counts of issuing a bad check, two counts of second-degree identity theft, two counts of third-degree forgery, and one count of fourth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $40,000 bond with a court date of April 14.

Michael A. Moccio, 50, of Cromwell, was arrested March 24 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of May 1.

Justin T. Madden, 23, of Meriden, was arrested March 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of April 10.

Michael C. Bandlow, 39, of Manchester, was arrested March 25 on charges of third-degree forgery, third-degree larceny, and use of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 14.

Jocelin Hernandez, 25, of Meriden, was arrested March 25 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 8.

Angelina M. Mahon, 33, of Manchester, was arrested March 26 on charges of criminal impersonation, interfering with officer/resisting, possession of controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, failure to drive in proper lane, evading responsibility – injury/property damage, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without a license, operating without insurance, violation of readable/lost plate requirements, and improper use – marker/license/registration. She was being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond with a court date of May 5.

Mark A. Lincoln, 24, of Wallingford, was arrested March 27 on a charge of first-degree sexual assault. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of April 19.

Jessica Wysocki, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested March 27 on charges of third-degree assault and violating standing criminal protective order. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 2.

Tevin D. Robles, 25, of Wallingford, was arrested March 28 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 12.

Michael E. Brenza, 52, of Branford, was arrested March 28 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and evading responsibility – injury/property damage. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of April 28.

Kevin J. Gudrian, 22, of Meriden, was arrested March 28 on charges of illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 19.
