Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Heather E. Millard, 33, of Hamden Avenue, Waterbury, was arrested Nov. 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too closely. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Jan. 29, according to state judicial records.
Julie K. Rukstelis, 25, of Jenna Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 14.

Wilson Beaulieu, 48, of Fall Mountain Road, Bristol, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of criminal impersonation, operating under suspension – alcohol and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 3.
Martin G. Alvarado, 54, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, illegal possession of weapon in a motor vehicle and left turn – failure to yield right of way. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 21.

Julio C. Rosa, 21, of Parker Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 21 on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, failure to drive in proper lane and speeding. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 8.
Cesar E. Acevedo, 29, of Yaremich Drive, Bridgeport, was arrested Nov. 22 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 21.
Justin Michael Sarcione, 30, of Glenview Road, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 22 on a charge of violation of a protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 1.
Christine E. Sweet, 42, of Terrace Gardens, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 22 on a charge of criminal lockout. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 11.
Gary E. Nye, 42, of Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 22 on charges of third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 3.
Candice N. Concepcion, 31, of Quinnipiac Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 22 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 3.
Eric R. Garcia, 48, of Ogden Street, West Haven, was arrested Nov. 23 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 14.
Richard L. Meyer, 39, of Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 25 on charges of violating standing criminal protective order, two counts of criminal impersonation and operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 7.
Valerie R. Ogle, 33, of Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 25 on a charge of violating a standing criminal protective order. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 8.
Tipore A. Leonce, 27, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested Nov. 25 on four counts of third-degree forgery and one count each of third-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation and interfering with officer/resisting arrest. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 14.
Rachel S. Doolittle, 37, of Westwind Drive, Northford, was arrested Nov. 27 on a charge of first-degree failure to appear. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 8.
