Wallingford Police Blotter: Nov. 6 Through Nov. 16, 2021

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Ruon Kong, 39, of Russo Avenue, East Haven, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of operating under the influence with a passenger under the age of 18 and drinking while driving. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 13, according to state judicial records.

Mark D. Toelle, 51, of Northfield Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 7 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 22. He was also arrested Nov. 11 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and violation of protective order. He was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 22 on those charges.

Tucker E. Remillard, 22, of South Orchard Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 9 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting and assault on a public safety/EMT/Transit/Health officer. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 11.

Kathleen M. Gahwyler, 50, of State Street, North Haven, was arrested Nov. 9 on a charge of violating a standing criminal protective order. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 16.

Margaret Grammatico, 57, of Stoney Brook Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 10 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 13.

Christy J. Catala, 34, of Reskin Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 10 on charges of third-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 21.

Elizabeth Cruz, 47, of Colony Road, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 17.

Anna M. Hodoba, 64, of Union Street, Naugatuck, was arrested Nov. 16 on a charge of third-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 4.

Michele Valentino, 41, of Washington Street, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 20.

Gary Gibson, 22, of Beacon Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of third-degree burglary, criminal attempt at third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and two counts of interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 28.

Justin Miller, 22, of Collins Street, West Haven, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of third-degree burglary, criminal attempt at third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, first-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 28.

Angelo Laurenza, 57, of Christian Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 4.
