Wallingford Police Blotter: Oct. 28 Through Nov. 5, 2021

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Alyssa M. Caruso, 33, of Cook Hill Road, Cheshire, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 7, according to state judicial records.

Matthew B. Northrop, 45, of Cook Hill Road, Cheshire, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 7.

Jonathan Green, 60, of Williamson Road, Hamden, was arrested Oct. 29 on a charge of second-degree threatening. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 15.

Jake Staunton, 18, of Meadowside Road, Milford, was arrested Oct. 30 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 6.

Jose Emilio Olan, 43, of Center Street, Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 30 on charges of disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 7.

Adam Harris, 33, of Williams Road, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 30 on a charge of interfering with officer/resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 10.

David R. Tolokan, 32, of Mildred Road, Meriden, was arrested Oct. 31 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 10.

Jomary Siguencia Contreras, 42, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 1 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 7.

George A. Nasiakos, 46, of Ice Pond Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 2 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 20.

Fabian Acevedo, 30, of Hemmingway Avenue, East Haven, was arrested Nov. 3 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 15.

Christina M. Avitabile, 30, of High Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 4 on charges of risk of injury to child and second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 6.

Dondre Stewart, 22, of North Ridgeland Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 5 on a charge of criminal violation of restraining order. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 13.

Marlena K. Ofiara, 30, of Summerhill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 20.
