Wallingford Police Blotter: Sept. 3 Through Sept. 11, 2026

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Anju A. Mathew, 31, of Hamden, was arrested Sept. 3 on charges of third-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, two counts of less than $500 on revoked payment card, two counts of conspiracy to commit less than $500 on revoked payment card, receipt from illegal use of credit card, conspiracy to commit receipt from illegal use of credit card, second-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit second-degree identity theft, illegal traffic in personal ID info, conspiracy to commit illegal traffic in personal ID info, criminal impersonation, and conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation. She was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 28, according to state judicial records.

Gregory Krach, 33, of Colchester, was arrested Sept. 4 on a charge of criminal violation of a restraining order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 18.

Luis Garzon-Carreno, 59, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, following too closely, and operating motor vehicle without a license. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 14.

Robert A. Nagy, 35, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 8 on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 23.

Brayden B. Mangini, 19, of Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 10 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 19. He was also charged with operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and drinking while driving. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 30 on those charges.

Cayson A. Cipriani, 24, of Meriden, was arrested Sept. 11 on a charge of second-degree threatening. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 25.
