Wallingford Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize
The big win came on a scratch ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wallingford resident recently won $20,000 on a scratch ticket that was sold in Waterbury, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, won $20,000 on a 20X Cash 9th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Fuel Point at 245 Chase Ave. in Waterbury, according to Lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
