Wallingford’s 350th Jubilee Celebration To Be Held In June

The celebration of the 350th anniversary of Wallingford's founding has been delayed by two years due to the coronavirus pandemic.

WALLINGFORD, CT — After being delayed by two years due to the coronavirus pandemic, Wallingford will celebrate the 350th anniversary of the town’s founding in June, according to the Record-Journal.

The Record-Journal reported the weeklong celebration, now called Wallingford 350th+2 Jubilee, will be held June 18 to June 25, 2022, and includes a parade, fireworks and several days of events.

Organizers told the Record-Journal all the events will have a virtual element and there will be no more rescheduling.
