Wallingford’s Paraeducator Of The Year Announced
The Wallingford school district recently announced its Paraeducator of the Year.
WALLINGFORD, CT — Connie Sperlazza of E.C. Stevens Elementary School has been named this year’s Wallingford Public Schools Paraeducator of the Year, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Salvatore Menzo announced this week. Sperlazza has worked at Stevens since 2003 when she started as a recess monitor.
“Since then, Connie has served as a paraeducator in a variety of different settings at the school,” Menzo said in the announcement. “Known for making connections with her students, Connie is a warm, caring individual who makes such a difference in the lives of her students. Congratulations, Connie, on this wonderful achievement.”
