Wallingford School Calendar 2019-20: First Day Of School & More

WALLINGFORD, CT — The first day of school in Wallingford is Aug. 27 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you'll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP.

The Wallingford Public School District has released its calendar for the 2019-20 school year. The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Note: The first six days lost to school closings will be made up at the end of the school year. Any days beyond six will be made up at the end of the spring vacation, starting with April 17. In the event of more than six days, or a school closure after spring vacation, the BOE determines the last day of school. (183 student days; 188 teacher days)
