Wallingford Teacher Makes ‘A World Of Difference’

WALLINGFORD, CT — Great teachers matter. In Wallingford, we’re fortunate to have teachers like Marisa Daly.

Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Ms. Daly has made a world of difference in my child’s life. Joey struggles with reading and was diagnosed with dyslexia earlier this year. She has provided him with the support and confidence he needed to make huge gains. His face lights up every time he talks about her.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

Joey has had many amazing teachers but Ms. Daly has made the biggest impact on our son. Not only has he improved academically, but most importantly he believes in himself now because of her.
