Shredding guitar duo <a href="https://www.bestvideo.com/events/fauxmenco-brian-larney" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">FauxMenco</a> and pop tunesmith Brian Larney share the bill at Best Video Film &amp; Cultural Center on Fri., July 31. The show starts at 7 PM and the cover is $10.FBlending the fire of nuevo flamenco, the edge of metal, and the groove of acoustic rock, FauxMenco - the nylon-string guitar duo of Waterbury native, Catherine Capozzi and Rafi Sofer (Dorchester, MA)  will perform tunes from their debut EP, Speed X Volume = FauxMenco, on May 17. The five-track collection will be available exclusively via Bandcamp and at live shows.
Speed X Volume = FauxMenco explores the intersection of art and survival through five cinematic,emotionally charged instrumentals. Whether inspired by environmental loss or rediscovered life, the EP is a bold statement from a duo carving their own sonic path.
