2 Charged After Cocaine Bust In Waterford: Police
A man was charged with operating a drug factory and a woman is also facing charges, according to police.
WATERFORD, CT — Two people were arrested following a drug bust in Waterford, according to police.
Police executed a search warrant at a Clark Lane home Tuesday following a "months-long investigation into reports of possible drug activity," according to a police statement.
Police seized 36 grams of cocaine along with other drugs, drug-related packaging, and $506 in cash.

David Todaro, 38, of Waterford, was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance with 1500 feet of a school, possession of a controlled substance within 1500 feet of a school with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory situation, and operating a drug factory.
Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in New London Superior Court on Oct. 15.

Lorelei Thompson, 35, of Groton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance with 1500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of narcotics.
Bond was set at $1500. She is scheduled to appear in New London Superior Court on Oct. 15.
