Plans for a seven-building complex are under review.
WATERFORD, CT — A developer is seeking the town's approval of a 284-unit, seven-apartment building project, according to The New London Day. Dubbed "Waterford Heights," the project would be located at a 35.5-acre property at 969 Hartford Turnpike and include a range of apartments from studios to three-bedrooms.
It would also include a clubhouse, a pool, a playground, a dog park, and a disc golf course. The Planning and Zoning Commission is reviewing the project and is expected to make a decision by May 12.
