4-Story Hotel Pitched For Waterford
The hotel, on the New London-Waterford town line, would replace several blighted properties.
WATERFORD, CT — A hospitality group has proposed building a four-story hotel on the New London-Waterford town line, according to The Day.
Seven Hills Hospitality Group is seeking to build a 122-room Woodspring Suites hotel and wants to begin construction next year with the hotel opening in 2025.
The project's attorney said the hotel would reportedly remove blighted properties and generate $500,000 annually in tax revenues.
