Woodworking Shop Among 15 New Businesses Registered In Waterford In July

WATERFORD, CT — Fifteen new businesses registered with the state in Waterford in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. The most unusual entry was Heirloom Woodworx, LLC, which registered under the custom architectural woodwork and millwork manufacturing category at 16 Dimmock Road on July 1.

Southern Light Pictures LLC, a motion picture and video production company, registered twice at the same Willetts Avenue address, on July 6 and again on July 7. Consulting and mental health filings also stood out, including Stephen Carpenter Consulting LLC and Concussed. PLLC, a mental health practice, while several real estate and contracting filings rounded out the month.

State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
