WATERFORD, CT — An SUV crashed into a Waterford home on Tuesday night, according to a local firefighters' union.
Emergency dispatch received multiple 911 calls reporting a vehicle striking a home.
Firefighters arrived at the scene of the accident and found the driver was still in the SUV.
The driver was able to exit the vehicle through the passenger side with the assistance of firefighters. Waterford Ambulance then evaluated the driver for injuries.
The resident was home at the time of the incident but was not injured.
