No. 4 is 276 Niantic River Road, asking $739,900. The waterfront colonial has a licensed floating dock, sweeping water views and a recently remodeled interior with quartz counters and hardwood floors throughout. The 1,887-square-foot home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been listed 293 days, making it the longest-lingering listing on this list by far.
Closing out the top five, at $719,000, is 7 Goundry Drive. The 2,360-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 full, 1 half) and has been on the market 35 days.
