This week we celebrate the Fourth of July.  While you celebrate with family and friends, observe your surroundings. What features do you like the most about their home?  What can you live without?  

When you are purchasing a house, it is always important to know what you want in a home.  I strongly recommend making a chart and ranking the importance of each item. Please share some of your favorite features.
