Organ and Tissue Awareness Month – flag flown for the month of April.

Officer Rob Winters and Sandy Clarke display a Donate Life flag that is flying at the Waterford Police Department during the month of April in honor of "Organ and Tissue Awareness Month". Sandy underwent a successful lung transplant seven years ago, and wants to spread the word about organ and tissue donation.

These flags will be displayed at New London and East Lyme PD, in addition to numerous others throughout Connecticut.
