Soil Investigations at the Pleasure Beach Area.

Dear Neighbors of the Pleasure Beach Area (and other motorists):

In order to conduct investigations associated with the planned water system improvements for the Pleasure Beach area, soil test borings will be conducted on New Shore Road and Nichols Lane this coming Monday, October 24th. 

The boring contractor is scheduled to arrive at 7 a.m. on site, and will meet at the intersection of Nichols Lane and New Shore Road. This work should be a one day (1-1/2 max.) operation.

 The limits of the work are:

• All of Nichols Lane, and
• on New Shore Road, from the intersection of Shore Road, south to about # 32 New Shore Road.

All work will be done during daytime working hours.  We apologize for any inconveniences that this operation may create at the area.  

Certified flaggers will be providing traffic control, as necessary.
