Two Appointments made to Waterford Youth Services Advisory Committee

At the May 3^rd meeting of the Board of Selectmen, residents Dorothy Concascia and Ellen Bellos were appointed to serve three year terms on the Youth Services Advisory Committee effective immediately.  First Selectman Daniel Steward endorsed the appointments based on recommendations from board chairwoman Maureen Murphy.   Concascia is the mother of three grown children and a grandmother of ten.  Bellos is the parent of three young children. Youth Services’ director Dani Gorman said; “Both of these women will provide Youth Services with wonderful perspectives; one is a grandmother and the other is just beginning to raise a family.”  Their terms will run through 2014.
