At around 4:40 p.m. Monday, August 11, Patricia McGilvery Bell saw a coyote standing in the corner of the field located on Great Neck Road.
She posted the following account on What’s Happening In Waterford?
“I want to send out a warning to all my Waterford neighbors and friends! At 4:40 this afternoon we saw a coyote clear as day standing in the corner of the field located on Great Neck Rd, ( the one up for sale) very close to Great Neck School. It is possible it may also have babies near by, we have heard them cry the past two nights! Please share with anyone, keep your pets safe!”
