Crystal Mall hosts Book Blast!

On Saturday, March 14th, the Simon Kidgits Club at Crystal Mall hosted its annual Book Blast event. Book Blast provided families with the chance to make reading a fun, social experience with kid-focused crafts and activities! The day included stories and interactive events that brought some of the children’s favorite stories to life, including exciting read-aloud sessions with guests such as Heather Armad, T-Mobile Store Manager and DJ Ali D of Karisma Entertainment. Children were also invited to bring a new or gently used book to the event to be donated to the Jonnycake Center of Westerly, helping families give back to their own communities!
