39th All-Elementary Concert

The Waterford Public Schools will present the 39th annual All-Elementary Concert on Wednesday, April 13 at 7:00 p.m. in the Waterford High School Auditorium.  Over 150 4th and 5th grade students from all 3 elementary schools will perform.

The All-Elementary Orchestra, directed by Patricia Backes and Sabine Moffett, will play Fumble Fingers by Caponegro; Chanson by Rich; King William’s March by Clarke, arr. Frost; and Blue Ridge Boogie  by Chase. 

The All-Elementary Chorus, directed by Jonathan March Wayne Schaedler and Sherburne Stidfole, will sing Over My Head and Freedom Train - African-American Spirituals; Which Ball Game? by Norworth & Tilzer, arr. Albrecht & Althouse; and That’s What the Devil Said by Althouse & Kupferschmid.

The All-Elementary Band, directed by Frank Procaccini and Wayne Schaedler, will play Chorale and Variants  by Washburn; Jamaican Holiday – traditional; Do-Re-Mi  by Rodgers & Hammerstein, arr. Lavender; and Watermelon Man  by Hancock, arr. Edmondson.

 We are asking ALL families to bring a donation for the Waterford Interfaith Food Locker.  Please bring a non-perishable item, particularly high-protein foods.  Please consider bringing: canned meats, soups and stews; juices; coffee; peanut butter; tuna fish; cereal or canned vegetables.
