OPEN HOUSE DAY at the Denison Homestead! Nestled on 160 acres of woodlands, meadows, and rock ledges, the Homestead is the home of one of Mystic’s first families. Within the walls of the 1717 pre-Revolutionary War house are treasures of an early New England family through eight generations representing five different periods in American history. Join UCONN's Dr. McBride and his archaeology field school students as they look for artifacts on the grounds of the homestead. Enjoy a house tour along with refreshments!
