MOM 2 MOM Sale.
On April 14, 2012 from 9-12:30 we are hosting a MOM 2 MOM sale and Children’s Health and Wellness Fair at Oakland Schools in Waterford! This is a great opportunity to purchase gently used baby, toddler and children's items at bargin prices.
We are looking for sellers. It is time to spring clean and make room for the new season! A MOM 2 MOM sale is a great opportunity to clean out your gently used infant, toddler, or children’s clothing, toys, books, or gear (i.e., swings, bouncers, changing tables, etc.), and maternity clothes, making room for the things you need and get some money in return. We do all the advertising, provide the space, and get the buyers in the door. As a seller, you purchase a table for the event, price your own items and keep all the proceeds from your sales. The proceeds from the event (table rentals and general admission) benefit the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) which is a national, not for profit charity that assists families who have a child in need of a life-saving organ transplant. Oakland Schools has a large, spacious conference center that is ideal for this sale. The lobby will have a children’s health fair with non-profit organizations and some limited venders that specialize in children’s health and wellness. Tables are $20 for a 10’ X 2’ space and $2 for large items (tax deductible receipt provided). $2 general admission.
