FHA Loan Limits

The FHA Loan Limits have decreased, effective on mortgages with Case numbers assigned after January 1st, 2014.

Below are the new LOAN Limits for single-family homes.

New London County -   $280,600

Windham County -      $285,200

So, assuming the buyer is financing the Upfront FHA Premium into the mortgage and putting the

minimum 3.5% down payment, the maximum Sales Price for an FHA loan in New London County

would be $285,777; Windham County would be $290,462.
