First Grader Sends Adorable Christmas Card to Waterford PD
The student thanked the police department for keeping the neighborhood safe.
Mason Griffin, a first grader at the Quaker Hill elementary school in Waterford sent the Waterford Police Department an adorable Christmas card.
In a letter to Waterford PD, Mason’s mother wrote that it has been her son’s dream to be a policeman ever since he was able to say the words.
Mason came up with the idea of sending police departments in the area Christmas cards and thank you cards and even got his whole class to participate.

Waterford PD thanked Mason on their Facebook page saying, ”Mason Griffin, a first grader at the Quaker Hill elementary school, wrote us a really nice Christmas letter, thanking us for being his heroes, which we think is pretty darn cool! Mason also got his class to sign a card for us, thanks so much gang, we appreciate it so much.”
