Free Public Readings of New Musical "Home Street Home" at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center
Join us for a public reading of the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's musical in residency, "Home Street Home", at the Rose Barn Theater.

Home Street Home is a new musical about survival and love among runaway teenagers living on the street. Based on true stories of the authors’ experiences of homelessness and punk culture, the story revolves around Sue, a 16-year old runaway who plunges headfirst into the deviant subculture and alternative lifestyle of the streets. After being adopted into a colorful tribe of homeless teens, Sue finds empowerment, self-realization and acceptance from her new chosen family. With 21 new songs by Fat Mike (from the punk band NOFX), Jeff Marx (AVENUE Q), award-winning fetish film writer/director Soma Snakeoil, and also featuring Matt Skiba of Alkaline Trio.
