Man Accused of Stealing Jewelry and Other Items from 11 Waterford Homes: Police

Items stolen were worth between $600 in one case and $1000 in another.

WATERFORD, CT – An Oakdale man has been charged with burglary after police said he broke into a number of Waterford homes, The Day reported.

Police said Barry Spence, 41, broke into 11 Waterford homes in September, according to The Day. The burglaries occurred between Sept. 27 and Spet. 30 at homes located near Quaker Hill and Spithead Road.

Items stolen were worth between $600 in one case and $1000 in another, The Day reported. Jewelry was among the items reported to be taken.
