The Waterford Emergency Communications Center received a 911 call stating that there was an unresponsive man in a vehicle parked at the Walmart store at 155 Waterford Parkway North. Waterford emergency services responded and identified the 30-year-old man, who was dead. The man's identity is being withheld until the family has been notified.
