Victim Identified in Fatal Waterford Hit and Run Accident: UPDATE
Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately.

WATERFORD, CT - The Waterford Police Department has identified the deceased victim from a Route 85 accident Thursday morning.
Police said the victim is Kim Weeks, 61, who was last living in New London. A blue Toyota Sienna mini-van has also been seized as part of the investigation.
The vehicle was identified with the assistance of the Connecticut State Police. Police have not release the identity of the owner and driver of the Sienna, as it is part of their investigation.

Police said preliminary investigation reveled that the incident was most likely a car versus pedestrian accident, which occurred during the overnight or early morning hours. The victim was deceased at the time he was found.
Anyone who was traveling along Route 85 Wednesday night or early Thursday morning and observed a pedestrian or accident is asked to contact police immediately.
