Manager of Waterford Dunkin Donuts Charged With Theft
Find out how much he is suspected of taking.

The store manager of a Hartford Turnpike Dunkin Donuts was charged with theft of over $26,000 Tuesday, The Day reported.
The store’s management company noticed the money missing from bank deposits, and have accused Christopher Pineau of failing to make them between March and May of this year, according to The Day. The store’s surveillance and computerized management systems also reportedly show him to be responsible.
Pineau has claimed that he only took $9,700 and intended to replace it at a later date, as reported by The Day. He would allegedly squeeze the air from the deposit bag and leave it unsealed to hide his efforts from surveillance.
