Meditation training & Discussion: Sundays - 10 a.m. -12 p.m. At Connecticut premier Buddhist center, each Sunday morning is an opportunity to learn and practice the ABCs of mindful living: awareness, balance, and compassion.
We offer free meditation instruction, a healthy lifestyle, and provide a caring environment that naturally creates wholesome relationships between members and friends of our spiritual family. Moreover, we offer courses, workshops and retreats, a family program, 12 step group, social activities, and spiritual field trips. With all of these activities, we are sure there is a place for you too.
