Obituary: Patricia R. Hill, 78, of Waterford

Patricia R. Hill, 78, of Waterford passed away on Friday December 9, 2016 at the Lawrence & Memorial Hospital in New London.

She was born on September 29, 1938 in New London the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth Congdon Stubelick.Mrs. Hill was married to Frederick E. Hill on June 29, 1957 in New London.

Her interests included spending time with her family, camping, boating, cooking, baking and travelling especially to the beaches in Florida.

Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters Linda Wilson and her husband Brian of Groton, Roxanne Hill Duperry and her fiancé Robert Senkow of Oakdale, a son Frederick S. Hill and his girlfriend Mary Blackmer of Waterford, 3 grandchildren Jason ( Katie ) Bird, Collin Dulin, Stephanie Hill, 5 great grandchildren Jacob Bird, Colin Schaller, LaBella, Akira and Amani Hill.

Visiting hours will be held from 5 to 7 pm Monday evening at the Byles Memorial Home, 99 Huntington St, New London.Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am Tuesday December 13 at the St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, 10 Huntington St, New London. Her burial will be held privately in the St. Mary Mausoleum in New London.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be directed to the Center for Hospice Care, 227 Dunham St., Norwich, CT 06360.
