Police Blotter: June 29, 30
The following arrest information was supplied by the Waterford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
June 29
Heather Gagnier, 21, of 7 Gair Ct, Uncasville, was charged at 1 p.m. with reckless driving.
Rafeal Aguilar, 18, of 1929 Center Groton Rd, Ledyard, was charged at 6:30 p.m. with second-degree failure to appear.
June 30
Jacob Coombe, 18, of 5 High St, was charged at 5:25 p.m. with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.
Daron Philbrick, 21, of 215 Main St, Niantic, was charged at 8 p.m. with sixth-degree larceny.
Deborah Delossantos, 35, of 448 Montauk Ave, New London, was charged at 8:57 a.m. with driving a motor vehicle when license is refused/suspended/revoked, not having proper motor vehicle insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Brenda Donaldson, 42, of 26 Beckwith St, Niantic, was charged at 10:30 a.m. with criminal violation of a protective order.
Neil Morales, 24, of 172 Hawthorne Dr, New London, was charged at 11:30 a.m. with violation of probation.
