The incident occurred Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of Walmart at approximately 1:30 p.m., police said.Police said a red Ford Ranger caught on surveillance video backed into a vehicle and left the scene. Witnesses said the vehicle had a Connecticut license plate reading 326CYM, but it did not come back to the Ford Ranger, according to a release.
