Nicolas Bader joins Simon and Crystal Mall as the new Guest Services Manager

Simon, the global leader in retail real estate ownership, management and development, has recently announced that Nicolas Bader has been appointed as the new Guest Services Manager at Crystal Mall. Most recently, Bader was a Regional Market Representative for Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut.
In his role as Guest Services Manager, Bader will supervise all of the Simon customer service programs, including overseeing corporate and personal sales of the Simon gift card program, Ticketmaster ticketing needs, mobile shopping applications, Simon Kidgits Club, and handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with exceptional customer service. Bader will also be responsible for training all new Guest Services representatives.
Bader’s professional experience spans the customer service and marketing industries. He gained a vast knowledge of brand awareness during his time as a marketing representative for Mohegan Sun. He holds a business degree in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island. Bader is also familiar with managing guest expectations from his many years of serving patrons at numerous restaurants. Bader resides in Westerly, RI.
