Students Carve Pumpkins for Non-Profit Halloween Exhibit
Waterford High students carve pumpkins for New London's Hygenic Art Park's Garden of Jack O' Lanterns exhibit.
Rhonda Weber's Waterford High School's art class carved, painted and decorated pumpkins for the Garden of Jack O' Lanterns exhibit for the New London Hygenic Art Park this weekend. The Garden of Jack O' Lanterns is part of this New London's event. Patch is hosting the Jack O'Lantern garden.
All the pumpkins were donated to Weber's class by the decorating committee of the New London Halloween Town event. The students were able to gain Learning Through Service (LTS) hours by carving and donating their pumpkins to the Hygenic's exhibit.
The students pumpkins can be viewed on Friday, Oct. 28 and Saturday, Oct. 29 until 10 p.m in the Hygenic Art Park.
