Please remember that in this busy time it's crucial to continue to take advantage of RATES, for purchases and refinances, while they are on the rise.. Don't be discouraged if you missed the "boat" for having the lowest rates possible, because they are still crazy low and NOW is the time to hop on board before you miss the opportunity!
