Town Of Waterford: State To Mill & Pave Route 32

Route 32 Paving Project Scheduled

Our DPW staff attended a State DOT Pre-Construction Meeting today for the Rte 32 Milling and Paving Project that will pave Rte 32 in Quaker Hill. Milling and Paving will occur at night. Some minor work will be completed during the day. Hours of work will be 7:00PM – 5:00AM. Milling is starting 5/2/2022 while Paving will be starting 5/22/2022. The contractors will be starting in New London working north. May not make it into Quaker Hill for 1 ½ to 2 weeks. Work will be from Crystal Avenue in New London to the Waterford/Montville Town Line. Tentative project completion 6/30/2022.
