Vandals Splash Orange & Green Paint On Waterford High School Rock
Three vandals wearing hoodies and backpacks 'ruined' the WHS Class of 2019-hand painted rock after covering it in orange and green paint.

WATERFORD, CT—Late Thursday night, three people with backpacks wearing hoodies vandalized the senior class rock at the Waterford High School, police said.
Waterford police said the suspects "splattered orange and green paint all over the rock and ruined the painting that was painted by the most recent graduating class."
According to police, the three came on to school property from a path on Route 1 and ran from the school on a path that leads out to Route 156 across from Waterford Town Hall.

Police are asking that anyone who knows anything about the vandalism contact Waterford Police Officer Sylvestre at 860-449-4321 and reference case #2019-01514.
On the Waterford Police Department Facebook page, one person commented, "My grandson painted that rock, I hope they catch them. So sad!"
